Our Employee of the Year winner for 2022 is Chris Kauffman. Chris currently is a JXE Operations Specialist. He has been instrumental in handling the dedicated Landstar drivers. Chris keeps a growing account of over 100 drivers organized and dispatched on over 11 million miles in the past 12 months. With the continued growth being a very time-consuming task, Chris has stepped up to any challenges and has proven to be an asset to the team.
